The firm has extensive
experience in arbitration proceedings and
its partners and associates are either
Fellows or Members of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators of the United
Kingdom. The firm was
supportive in the successful effort that
established a branch of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators in Nigeria and
frequently participates in conferences,
seminars and workshops geared toward
promoting arbitration as an alternative to
litigation proceedings in Nigeria.
We also encourage the settlement of disputes
through mediation, conciliation and other
alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Our senior partner is a member of the panel
of Neutrals of the Lagos Multidoor Court
House and we are major supporters of this
