Edugie graduated as a lawyer in 2000 from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in February 2003.

She has in the course of her career gained experience in General and Commercial Litigation (appearing before the Magistrate, High Courts and Appellate Courts).

She has previously been involved in Prosecution of Criminal cases, Transaction Documentation and a wide spectrum of Legal/ Regulatory Advisory issues.
