Olamide Adesanya works in the transactions team of the firm.
She obtained her LLB from the University of Lagos in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2005.
Her areas of interest and practice include, Contract Negotiations and Drafting, Project Finance, Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She has a publication “Public order: The role of the Nigeria Police Force”, to her credit
