copyright, trademarks, patents, designs,
passing off, and other such proprietary information
cases. In addition, we negotiate and draft
agreements relating to the exploitation of
intellectual property rights in the form of
commercial licenses, publishing ventures,
franchise agreements, manufacturing and
supply agreements, merchandising agreements
as well as agency and distribution
agreements.
