operation and regulation of civil air
transport, air charter contracts and their
conditions of carriage, air crash disaster
investigations and claim handling, air craft
registrations (including the registration of
third party interests).
In relation to
insurance, we have substantial experience in
representing insurance companies and loss
adjusters in disputes involving both marine
and non-marine litigation.
